Due to iRace being in in its "off-season", I've decided to write a little about some of our regular members.
Curtis Tveiten is in our January member spotlight. Tveiten is a long time car enthusiast who resides in Virginia, MN.
How old were you when you started being interested in cars?
I was 15 when I became interested in cars. I played a ton of racing games, that's what started it all, and it only blew up after I bought my first Cobalt.
What was your very first car?
1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
What cars do you own?
I own a 2005 Chevy Cobalt SS Coupe, a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LT sedan and a 2002 BMW M3.
Which do you prefer: Import or Domestic? Why?
I don't have any real preference between the two but, as long as it's done really well I can appreciate all makes and models.
What is your most current project? How long have you been working on it?
The BMW M3 is definitely my most recent project. I have been working on it since before I left for Iowa in September. It should be done this spring.
Do you have any goals you'd like to mention?
As far as a goal is concerned, I don't have an end goal because I tend to be spontaneous. I always end up doing more than what I originally planned even after something is finished.
